A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PRECINCT BOUNDARIES WITHIN THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD WHEREAS, The boundaries of Legislative Districts 43A and 43B have changed; and WHEREAS, this boundary change results in Precinct I being moved from Legislative District 43A to Legislative District 43B; and WHEREAS, the new boundary line separating Legislative District 43A from Legislative District 43B results in a change in the precinct boundary line between Precinct I and Precinct III; and WHEREAS, said change moves the following addresses from Precinct I to Precinct III: 25360 Birch Bluff Road 25370 Birch Bluff Road 25380 Birch Bluff Road 25480 Birch Bluff Road 25510 Birch Bluff Road 25530 Birch Bluff Road . 25560 Birch Bluff Road NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Shorewood City Council that said Precinct boundary change is approved, and Precinct boundaries established as set in the Precinct boundary map attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said change shall take effect on September 15, 1992.
