A RESOLUTION APPROVING FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND CALLING FOR JUNE 12,2006 PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 02-02
INSTALLATION OF W A TERMAIN AS PART OF
WEDGEWOOD DRIVE, MALLARD LANE, TEAL CIRCLE
ROAD RECLAMATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 05-069 adopted by the City Council July 25,
2005, a Feasibility Report for the Installation of Water main as part of the Wedgewood
Drive, Mallard Lane, and Teal Circle Road Reclamation Project has been prepared by
WSB & Associates, Inc and this report was received by the Council on May 8, 2006, and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1. The Council will consider the improvement, identified as Option ~ in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property of all
or a portion of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 315,350.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 1 ih
day of June, 2006 in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7 PM and the
clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
