A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR GRADING SILVERWOOD PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for the construction of
grading Silverwood Park, bids were received, opened on May 20th,
1992, and tabulated according to law, and such tabulation is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit Ai and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Doboszenski &
Sons. Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder in compliance with
the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Doboszenski & Sons. Inc.
in the name of the City of Shorewood, for construction of grading
Silverwood Park, according to the plans and specifications approved
by the City Council on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders and the deposits made with their
bids, except for the deposits of the successful bidder and next
lowest bidder, which shall be retained until a contract has been
signed. .
. ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 26th
day of May, 1992.
