RESOLUTION NO. 87 -92
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1993 PROPOSED GENERAL
FUND BUDGET AND THE PRELIMINARY 1992 PROPERTY
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1993
WHEREAS, the City staff has presented to the City Council the
proposed 1993 General Fund budget and the 1992 property tax levy
collectible in 1993, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has met to review the proposed
budget and property tax levy, and
WHEREAS, the City Council must approve and certify its
proposed 1993 budget and preliminary property tax levy for 1992,
collectible in 1993, to the County Auditor by September 15, 1992,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Shorewood that:
1. The 1993 Proposed General Fund budget of $2,356,503 is
hereby approved.
2.
That the following sums be levied for 1992, collectible
in 1993, upon taxable property in the City of Shorewood
for the following purposes:
General Purposes
General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds
Storm Sewer District No. 2
Total Property Tax Levy
$1,909,253

3. That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby instructed to
transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 14th day
of September, 1992.
