Re: Doherty Property Exchange

Dear Brad:
Since I have not had any luck reaching you by phone. I am
requesting that you request that the City Council grant us an ~~
extension to finalize the above referenced matter until October~.
All parties having an interest in this matter have been
served with notice and no answers have been filed objecting to tIle
registration of the title. We were scheduled to have the final
hearing on Tuesday, September 29. All papers had to be filed with
the court by last Thursday, but NSP failed to deliver the agreed
upon Stipulation for Easement. This was .due merely to their people
gatting the document prepared and executed.
I am rescheduling the hearing to Tuesday. October 13. After
that hearing the matter will be final and we will deliver the deed
to the City.
Would you please inform me if the city will accomodate us
on this matter. I will need a formal resolution to file with the
Examiner.
