RESOLUTION APPROVING REFUSE COLLECTOR'S LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Shorewood city Code Section 507.05 provides for
the annual licensing of refuse collectors in the City; and
WHEREAS, said section provides that an applicant shall
complete an application and fulfill certain requirements concerning
insurance coverage and pay licensing fee; and
WHEREAS, the following applicant has satisfactorily completed
this application and fulfilled the requirements for the issuance of
a Refuse Collector's License.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Shorewood as follows:
1. That a Refuse Collector's License be issued for the
remainder of the year and to expire on December 31, 1992 to the
following applicant:

for a term of one year from the first day of January, 1992, to
carryon the business of hauling garbage, trash, and refuse within
the City of Shorewood, Minnesota as set forth in and pursuant to
Chapter 507 of the Shorewood City Code, subject to all the laws of
the State of Minnesota, and the regulations of the Board of Health
and the ordinances and regulations of the City of Shorewood
relating thereto and which are made a part hereof, and subject to
