RESOLUTION NO. 66-91
A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING ORDER FOR
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PINE BEND WATERMAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 43-91 of the City Council,
adopted on the 22nd day of April, 1991, ordered the
construction of a local improvement known as Pine Bend
Watermain Extension; and
WHEREAS, a revised report prepared by the City Engineer
dated June 4, 1991 determined that two of the properties
proposed to be assessed for the project already had access
to the municipal water system and therefore could not be
assessed for the project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood:
1. That the two properties having access to the
municipal water system as determined by the engineer's
report are hereby deleted from the project.
2. That the sum of $8,000.00 shall be taken from the
Municipal Water Fund and applied to the project, such sum to
be reimbursed to the fund at such time as the two properties
convert to the municipal water system and pay the connection
fee.
3. That that Resolution No. 43-91 ordering the
improvement is hereby affirmed and the City Engineer
directed to complete the preparation of plans and
specifications.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this
10th day of June, 1991.
