RESOLUTION NO, 43-91
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PINE BEND WATERMAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 32-91 of the City Council, adopted on the
25th day of March, 1991, fixed the 22nd day of April, 1991, as the date for a
public hearing on the following construction of a local improvement known as
Pine Bend Watermain Extension; and
WH ERE AS, all property owners whose properties are liable to be
assessed for the making of this improvement were given notice, ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing was given through two weekly
publications of the required notice in the newspaper, and the hearing was
duly held on the 22nd day of April, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood that:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 32-91 adopted March 25, 1991.
2. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement and shall prepare plans and specifications for
the construction of said improvement.
3. It is hereby determined that this improvement is not related to
the City's Comprehensive Plan and need not be referred to the Planning
Commission.
