RESOLUTION NO. 38-91
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR YEAR XVII
URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood, through execution of a Joint
Cooperation Agreement with Hennepin County, is a cooperating unit
in the Urban Hennepin County community Development Block Grant
Program" and,
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has developed a proposal for
the use of Urban Hennepin County CDBG funds made available to it,'
following a public hearing on April 8, 1991, to obtain the views of
citizens on local and Urban Hennepin County housing and community
development needs and the City'S following proposed use of $ 23,362
from the Year XVII Urban Hennepin County Community Development
Block Grant and $ -0- in program related income:

Total
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
Shorewood approves the proposed use of Year XVII Urban Hennepin
County Community Development Block Grant funds and program related
income and authorizes submittal of the proposal to Hennepin County
ci tizens Advisory Committee and for inclusion in the Year XVII
Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program
Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 8th day
of April, 1991.
