RESOLUTION NO. 34-91
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SEWER TELEVISING AND REHABILIT ATION WORK
PROJECT 90-1
WHEREAS, on 22 October 1990, the City accepted the bid of Visu
Service Clean & Seal, Inc. (the Contractor) and entered into an Agreement
for certain sewer televising and rehabilitation designated as Project
90-1; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement provided for the Contractor to perform
certain sewer televising and rehabilitation work in accordance with the
plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, said work has now been completed by the Contractor, as
further described in that certain memorandum of the City Engineer
dated Aoril 2. 1991 , attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City hereby accepts from the Contractor the sewer
televising and rehabilitation work designated as Project 90-1.
2. T hat final payment be made to the Contractor upon receipt of
Affidavit, State of Minnesota Form 1C-134, and Receipt and Waiver of Lien
Rights from Visu Service Clean & Seal, Inc.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
8th day of April, 1991.
