RESOLUTION NO. 32-91
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON
PINE BEND WATERMAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted 11 March
1991, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates with
reference to the construction of an improvement known as the Pine Bend
Watermain Extension, and this report was received by the Council on 25 March
1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Council will consider the construction of such
improvement in accordance with such report and the assessment of the
benefiting property for all or part of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $121,000.00.
2. T hat a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 22nd day of April, 1991, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at
7: 30 p. m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
25th day of March, 1991.
