RESOLUTION NO. 31-91
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REVISED REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON
GLEN ROAD - COUNTY ROAD 19
STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted 25 June
1990, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates with
reference to the construction of an improvement known as the Glen Road -
County Road 19 Stormwater Improvement, which report was revised March
1991, and received by the Council on 25 March 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood as follows:
1. T hat the Council will consider the construction of such
improvement in accordance with the revised report and the assessment of
the benefiting property for all of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapters 429 and 444 at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $307,000.00.
2. T hat a public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 22nd day of April, 1991, in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall at 7: 15 p. m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
25th day of March, 1991.
