RESOLUTION NO. 21-91
A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
SHADY HILLS DRAINAGE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 110-90, adopted by the City Council on the
8th day of October, 1990, fixed the 26th day of November, 1990, as the date
for a public hearing on the local improvement known as the Shady Hills
Drainage System; and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose properties are liable to be
assessed for the making of this improvement were given ten days' published
notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required
notice in the newspaper, and the hearing was held and property owners heard
on the 26th day of November, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood as follows:
1. That such improvement as proposed in Council Resolution No.
110-90 adopted on the 8th day of October, 1990, is hereby ordered.
2. T hat it is hereby determined that this local improvement is not
related to the City's Comprehensive Plan as recommended by the Planning
Commission and need not be referred to the Planning Commission.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
25th day of February, 1991.
