A RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF A MODIFIED TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO.1
LOCATED WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on Monday, February 11,
1991, at approximately 8: 30 p. m. to hold a public hearing on the proposed
modification of the tax increment financing plan for T ax Increment Financing
District No.1, located within Development District No. 1 and the approval
and adoption of the modified tax increment financing plan for said Tax
Increment Financing District No.1, pursuant to and in accordance with Minn.
Stat. Section 469.175, Subd. 4, as amended.
2. Notice of Hearinq; Filinq of Modification. The City Clerk is
authorized and directed to cause notice of the hearing, substantially in the
form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be given as required by law, to place a
copy of the proposed modification of the tax increment financing plan for Tax
Increment Financing District No. 1 on file in the Clerk's office at City Hall
and to make such copy available for inspection by the public.

STATE OF MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREB Y GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, will hold a public
hearing on Monday, February 11, 1991, at approximately 8: 30 p. m., at
Minnewashta Elementary School, 26350 Smithtown Road, Shorewood, Minnesota,
relating to the proposed approval and adoption of a modified tax increment
financing plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 (the
"District"), located within Development District No.1, pursuant to
14innesota Statutes, Section 469. 175, subd. 4, as amended. A copy of the
proposed modification of the tax increment financing plan for the District
is on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Acting
City Administrator/Clerk at City Hall.
A map of the area of the District, from which increments may be
collected, and of Development District No.1, in which increments may be
expended, accompanies this Notice as Exhibit 1.
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present
their view orally or in writing.

commencing at the intersection of the east line of said
Section 25.and the centerline of state Trunk Highway No.7;

Section 36 (said line also beinq the centerline of Vine Hill
Road and the easterly boundary of Shorewood) to the
southwesterly right of way lir.e of Covington Road extended:
