J. . f 2/28/91 RESOLUTION NO. 7-91 RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT ALTERNATE 4 TRUNK HIGHWAY 7/CHRISTMAS LAKE ROAD INTERSECTION WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has submitted five alternate layouts for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 7, from the intersection at Christmas Lake Road; and WHEREAS, the south side of such improvement is within the City of Shorewood and the Commissioner seeks approval thereof; and WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Council has reviewed such plan and determined layout alternate 4 to be the most desirable, as related to the south side within the City of Shorewood. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as follows: 1. T hat layout alternate 4 for the improvement of said Trunk Highway Number 7 as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto, is hereby approved. 2. That the City Administrator/Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this Resolution to the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
