RESOLUTION NO. 5-91
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 108-90 of the City Council, adopted on the
24th day of September, 1990, fixed the 10th day of December, 1990, as the
date for a public hearing on the following proposed improvements on Church
Road between the north end of Church Road and the intersection of Church Road
and 62nd Street:
Installation of curbs, gutters, a cul-de-sac, drainage facilities,
blacktopping and watermains
and
WH ERE AS, all property owners whose properties are liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given notice, ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing was given through two weekly
publications of the required notice in the newspaper, and the hearing was
held on the 10th day of December, 1990.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood that:
1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 108-90 adopted September 24, 1990.
2. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates is hereby designated as the
engineer for these improvements and shall prepare plans and specifications
for the construction of said improvements.
3. It is hereby determined that these improvements are not related
to the City's Comprehensive Plan and need not be referred to the Planning
Commission.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
this 14th day of January, 1991.
