RESOLUTION NO. 4-91
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS FOR
WATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR THE
SOUTHEAST AREA TRUNK WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 64-90 of the City Council, adopted on the
9th day of July, 1990, fixed the 12th day of September, 1990, as the date for
a public hearing on the following proposed improvements:
Water Treatment Plant for the Southeast Area Trunk Water System
and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose properties are liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given notice, ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing was given through two weekly
publications of the required notice in the newspaper, and the hearing was
held on the 12th day of September, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood that:
1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 64-90, adopted on the 9th day of July, 1990.
2. It is hereby determined that these capital improvements are
not related to the City's Comprehensive Plan and need not be referred to the
Planning Commission.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this 14th day of
January, 1991.
