90-010 ~ . . . .; RESOLUTION NO. 10-90 A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION AND COMBINATION OF REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, Bruce Prescher, representing Plumbline Builders (A pplicant), is the contract vendee of certain real properties in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, Applicant has applied to the City for a subdivision and combination of said properties to form Parcels A and B, legally described in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Applicant and all other parties holding an interest in the said real properties have agreed to grant to the City certain drainage and utility easements legally described in Exhibit 3, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the subdivision and combination requested by Applicant complies in all respects with the Shorewood Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as follows: 1. That the real properties legally described in Exhibit 1 be subdivided and combined to form Parcels A and B, legally described in Exhibit 2. 2. T hat construction on said parcels be limited to single-family dwellings. 3. That the City Clerk furnish Applicant with a cetified copy of this resolution for recording purposes. 4. That Applicant record this resolution, together with the drainage and utility easements as described in Exhibit 3, with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
