RESOLUTION NO. 23-90
RESOLUTION APPROVING 4TH ALTERNATIVE LAYOUT FOR
TRUNK HIGHWAY 7/CHRISTMAS LAKE ROAD INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of
Transportation has prepared a 4th Alternative layout for the
improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 7, renumbered
as Trunk Highway No. 12, from the intersection at Christmas
Lake Road, the south side of which improvement is within the
City of Shorewood and the north side of which improvement is
within the City of Greenwood, and the Commissioner seeks
approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Council has reviewed such
plan and determined it to be acceptable to the City as
related to the south side within the City of Shorewood.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood as follows:
(1) That said 4th Alternative layout of the improvement
of said Trunk Highway on the south side within the corporate
limits of the City of Shorewood is hereby approved.
(2) That no recommendation is made as to the layout of
the improvement on the north side within the corporate
limits of the City of Greenwood.
(3) That the City Administrator/Clerk provide a
certified copy of this Resolution for transmittal to the
Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
