RESOLUTION NO. 133-90
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
I. O. KRAGNESS
WHEREAS, I. O. Kragness has been a resident of the City of
Shorewood and the Excelsior Area for over sixty-eight years; and
WHEREAS, I. O. Kragness has served the Shorewood and Excelsior
community as an officer of the Excelsior Township Board and as an officer
and representative of the Minnetonka State Bank for many of these years;
and
WHEREAS, I. O. Kragness has made many friends and endeared
himself to the community during this period of service; and
WHEREAS, I. O. Kragness will celebrate his one-hundredth birthday
on the 29th of December of this year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of S horewood as follows:
1. That I. O. Kragness be herewith recognized and thanked for
his dedicated service and substantial contribution to his community
spanning a period of sixty-eight years.
2. T hat on behalf of his many friends and acquaintances, I. O.
Kragness be congratulated on attaining his one-hundredth birthday, and
that he be wished many more years of fulfillment.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
10th day of December, 1990.
