RESOLUTION NO. 128-90
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFIC A TIONS FO R
SHADY HILLS DRAINAGE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted
September 24, 1990, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with
reference to the construction of storm sewer improvements known as the
Shady Hills Drainage System; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on
October 8, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held to consider the proposed
improvements on November 26, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates is hereby designated as the
engineer for the improvements and shall prepare plans and specifications
for the construction of said improvements.
2. Preparation of such plans and specifications shall commence
forthwith.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
26th day of November, 1990.
