RESOLUTION NO. 127-90
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1991 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
AND APPROVING THE 1990 TAX LEVY
COLLECTIBLE IN 1991
WHEREAS, the 1991 General Fund Budget for the City of Shorewood was
submitted and made available for public review at City Hall on November 21,
1990; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing, upon notice duly given, was held on
November 26, 1990, for the purpose of receiving comments from the public
regarding the adoption of such budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the following budgets are adopted for 1991:
General Fund
Water Fund
Sewer Fund
$2,286,003.00
142,910.00
492,218.00
2. That the following sums be levied for 1990, collectible in 1991,
upon taxable property in the City of Shorewood for the following purposes:
General Fund
General Obligation for Water Revenue Bonds
$1,840,663.00
16,325.00
Total Levy
$1,856,988.00
2. That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby instructed to
transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor of
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
