RESOLUTION NO. 126-90
A RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE EST ABLISHMENT OF
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
TAX DISTRICT NO.3
GRANT LORENZ SUBWATERSHED
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Public Hearinq. This Council shall meet on Monday,
March 11, 1991, at 8:00 p. m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to hold a
public hearing on a proposed ordinance relating to the establishment of
Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District No.3, to include the Grant Lorenz
Subwatershed area, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 444.16 to 444.21.
2. Notice of Hearinq. The City Administrator/Clerk is
authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of
the hearing to be published for two successive weeks in the SAILO R
newspaper, with the last notice to be published at least seven (7) days
prior to the day of the hearing.
