RESOLUTION NO. 125-90
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LOCAL ELECTION RESULTS
WHEREAS, a general election was held on November 6, 1990, in
Precincts 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the City of Shorewood: and
WHEREAS, said election results are officially contained in the
tabulation attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Shorewood as follows:
1. That the tabulation of election results for the general
election held on November 6, 1990, as contained in the tabulation attached
hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 8th day of
November, 1990.

RESOLUTION NO. 125A-90
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON
GLEN ROAD - COUNTY ROAD 19 DRAINAGE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 25,
1990, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates with
reference to the construction of a local improvement known as the Glen
Road - County Road 19 Drainage System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1. The Council will consider acceptance of the report and
construction of the improvement in accordance with the report and the
assessment of the benefiting property for all of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapters 429 and 444.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 28th day of January, 1991, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
at 8:00 p. m., and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
13th day of November, 1990.
