RESOLUTION NO. 122-90
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS
TO CONSTRUCT A WATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR THE
SOUTHEAST AREA TRUNK WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted
July 9, 1990, a report has been prepared by Associated Consultants
Engineers, Inc., with reference to the construction of a local improvement
designated as the Water Treatment Plant for the Southeast Area Trunk Water
System; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council and a
public hearing held to consider the proposed improvement on September 12,
1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Associated Consultants Engineers, Inc., is hereby designated
as the engineer for this improvement and shall prepare plans and
specifications for the construction of said improvement.
2. Preparation of such plans and specifications shall commence
upon approval of a contract with the engineer setting the fee.
