RESOLUTION NO. 108-90
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON
CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 27,
1990, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates with
reference to the construction of a local improvement on Church Road,
including the installation of curbs, gutters, a cul-de-sac, drainage
facilities, blacktopping, and watermains, and this report was received by
the Council on September 24, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood as follows:
1. The Council will consider the construction of such
improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of the
benefiting property for all of the cost of the improvements pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the
improvements of $137,930.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 19th day of November, 1990, in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall at 8:00 p. m., and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
