RESOLUTION NO. 85-90
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM
FOR THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
WHEREAS, as a requisite to qualify for state aid, it is necessary
that the City Council designate certain streets within the City of
Shorewood to comprise a municipal state aid street system; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City
Engineer and has approved certain streets within the City to become a part
of said system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the schedule entitled "M. S. A. Street System, City of
Shorewood," attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A, is
hereby designated as Shorewood's Municipal State Aid Street System.
2. That the City Administrator/Clerk provide a certified copy of
this Resolution, together with the attached Schedule A, for transmittal to
the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
