RESOLUTION NO. 72-90 A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION AND COMBINATION OF REAL PROPERTY KENNETH KOEHNEN WHEREAS, Kenneth Koehnen appeared before the City Council representing James Miller and Debbie Miller (Millers), the owners or equitable owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, A. L. Johnsen, T. M. Siefert, and N. Susan Siefert (Johnsen/Siefert) are the owners or equitable owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Millers and Johnsen/Siefert have applied to the City for a subdivision and combination of said properties to form Parcel A and Parcel B, legally described in Exhibits 3 and 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the subdivision and combination requested by the Applicants comply in all respects with the Shorewood Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as follows: 1. That the real properties legally described in Exhibits 1 and 2 be subdivided and combined to form Parcel A and Parcel B, legally described in Exhibits 3 and 4. 2. That the City Clerk furnish Applicants with a certified copy of this resolution for recording purposes. 3. That the applicants record this resolution with the Hennepin County Recorder and Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
