RESOLUTION NO. 61-90
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
FEASIBILITY REPORT ON
GLEN ROAD - COUNTY ROAD 19 DRAINAGE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a local improvement known as
the Glen Road - County Road 19 Drainage System and to assess the benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapters 429 and 444.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. T hat the proposed improvement be referred to
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, City engineers, for study and that they
are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
2. T hat this authorization is made with the understanding that
the cost of such report to the City of Shorewood shall not exceed the sum
of $2,000.00.
