RESOLUTION NO. 43-90
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD AND
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE PURPOSE
OF INSTALLING A NEW TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL WITH STREET LIGHTS
AND SIGNING ON T.H. NO. 7 AT COUNTY ROAD 19 (OAK STREET)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Shorewood enter into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following
purposes, to wit:
To install a new traffic control signal with street lights
and signing on Trunk Highway No. 7 at County State Aid
Highway No. 19 (Oak Street) in accordance with the terms and

a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and
on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this 14th day of May, 1990.
