RESOLUTION NO. 40-90
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET OVERLAY AND
APPURTENANT WORK
PROJECT 90-1
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for local
improvements designated as Street Overlay and Appurtenant Work, Project 90-1,
bids were received, opened on May 8, 1990, and tabulated according to law,
and the following bids were received complying with the advertisements:

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that DMJ Corp. is the
lowest responsible bidder in compliance with the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with DMJ Corp. in the name
of the City of Shorewood, Project No. 90-1, according to the plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City Council on file in the office of
the City Administrator/Clerk.
2. That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their
bids, except for the deposits of the successful bidder and next lowest
bidder, which shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
