RESOLUTION NO. 38-90
RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT FOR
TWO-WAY LEFT TURN LANE FOR T.H.7
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has
prepared a preliminary layout for a two-way left turn lane for T. H. 7 west
of T. H. 41, within the corporate limits of the City of Shorewood, from the
CSAH 19, and seeks the approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layout is on file in the office of the
Department of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked,
labeled, and identified as Layout No. C.S. 1004 (T.H. 7) Two-Way Left Turn
Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. T hat said preliminary layout for the two-way left turn lane
for T. H. 7, west of T. H. 41, within the corporate limits be and hereby is
approved.
(2) That the City Clerk provide a certified copy of this
resolution for transmittal to the Commissioner of the Department of
Transportation.
