RESOLUTION NO. 37-90
RESOLUTION RESCINDING ACTION OPPOSING
TWO-WAY LEFT TURN LANE FOR T.H. 7
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of
Transportation has prepared a preliminary layout for a
two-way left turn lane for T.H. 7 west of T.H. 41, within
the corporate limits of the City of Shorewood, from the
CSAH 19, and has sought the approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on March 12,
1990, the Shorewood City Council voted to take action
opposing said left turn lane for T.H. 7.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood as follows:
(1) That said action taken by the council on March 12,
1990, namely, an instruction to the City Attorney to prepare
Findings of Fact opposing a two-way left turn lane for T.H.
7, is hereby RESCINDED.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
12th day of March, 1990.
