RESOLUTION NO. 33-90
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SEWER TELEVISING AND REHABILITATION WORK
PROJECT 89-2
WHEREAS, on July 10, 1989, the City accepted the bid of Visu
Service Clean & Seal, Inc. (the Contractor) and entered into an Agreement
for certain sewer televising and rehabilitation designated as Project
89-2; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement provided for the Contractor to perform
certain sewer televising and rehabilitation work in accordance with the
plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, said work has now been completed by the Contractor, as
further described in that certain memorandum of the City Engineer dated
April 19, 1990, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City hereby accepts from the Contractor the sewer
. televising and rehabilitation work designated as Project 89-2.
2. That final payment be made to the Contractor upon receipt of
Affidavit, State of Minnesota Form 1C-134, and Receipt and Waiver of Lien
Rights from Visu Service Clean & Seal, Inc.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this
23d day of April, 1990.
