RESOLUTION NO. 105-89
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1990 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
AND APPROVING THE 1989 TAX LEVY
C OLLEC TIBLE IN 1990
WHEREAS, the 1990 General Fund Budget for the City of Shorewood was
submitted and made available for public review at City Hall on November 30,
1989; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing, upon notice duly given, was held on
December 11, 1989, for the purpose of receiving comments from the public
regarding the adoption of such budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
S horewood as follows:
1. T hat the 1990 General Fund Budget is hereby accepted as
submitted and that the following sums of money be levied for 1989,
collectible in 1990, upon taxable property in the said City of Shorewood, for
the following purpose:
General Fund for General City Purposes
General Obligation for Water Revenue Bonds
$1,667,451.00
17,125.00
Total Levy
$1,684,576.00
2. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
