RESOLUTION NO. 91-89
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION
OF A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET
The City Council of the City of Shorewood does resolve:
T hat on the 13th day of November, 1989, at 9: 30 o'clock P. M. in the
Council Chambers at the City H all, the Council will hear all interested
parties upon the question of vacation of a portion of a public street in
the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
T he north 16 feet of that part of Lake
William Road (now known as Sunset Lane) which
lies southerly of and adjacent to Lot 13,
H oltmere Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota according
to the record plat thereof on file in the
office of the County Recorder, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
That notice of said hearing shall be published two (2) consecutive weeks
commencing the 25th day of October, 1989, in the Excelsior and Shorewood
edition of the SAILOR NEWSPAPERS, the legal newspaper for said City.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY
day of October, 1989.
