RESOLUTION NO. 75-89
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE
A CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
The City Council of the City of Shorewood does resolve:
That on the 23d Day of October, 1989, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council
Chambers at the City Hall, the Council will hear all interested parties
upon the question of vacation of certain drainage and utility easement in
the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
The west 10 feet of the following described parcel:
That part of Lot 8, Block 1, BRENTRIDGE, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 8, Block 1;
thence easterly, northeasterly and northerly, along the
northerly, northwesterly and westerly line of Brentridge Drive,
on a tangential curve, concave to the northwest, having a central
angle of 92 degrees 39' 32", a radius of 43.34 feet and a length
of 70.09 feet; thence continuing, tangent to said curve, N 13
degrees 54' 15" W a distance of 58.63 feet; thence on a
tangential curve, concave to the east, having a central angle of
6 degrees 13' 34", a radius of 420.00 feet and a length of 45.64
feet; thence S 78 degrees 45' 29" W a distance of 63.96 feet to
the northeast corner of said TRACT J; thence S 20 degrees 00' 00"
E, along the easterly line of said T R ACT J and the westerly line
of said Lot 8, Block 1, a distance of 151. 30 feet to the point of
beginning.
That notice of said hearing shall be published two (2) consecutive weeks
commencing the 4th day of Octoer, 1989, in the Excelsior/Shorewood edition
of the SAILOR NEWSPAPERS, the legal newspaper for said City.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this
11th day of September, 1989.
