RESOLUTION NO. 65-89
RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
MARILYNWOOD 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Notice of a Public Hearing on the proposed vacation of
certain drainage and utility easements in the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, was published in the Excelsior and Shorewood edition of
the SAILOR NEWSPAPERS on the 2nd and 9th days of August, 1989; and
WHEREAS, said Notice of Public Hearing was posted in three (3)
locations in the City of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Shorewood heard all
interested parties on the question of vacation at a Public Hearing on the
14th day of August, 1989, in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, and
the Council has determined that vacation would be beneficial to the public
intent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, that, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, the
following drainage and utility easements be and hereby are vacated:
Drainage & utility easements, the utility easement
and the drainage easement originally dedicated on
the recorded plat of Marilynwood, and now to be
vacated, which lie within Lot 6, Block 1, in said
plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed to notify
the County Offices in accordance with Minnesota Statutes.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
14th day of August, 1989.

A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION OF
CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
The City Council of the City of Shorewood does resolve:
That on the 14th day of August 1989. at 7 :45 0' clock P.M. in the Council
Chambers at the City Hall. the Council will hear all interested parties upon
the question of vacation of drainage and utility easements in the City of
Shorewood. Hennepin County. Minnesota. described as follows:
The drainage and utility easements. the utility easement
and the drainage easement originally dedicated on the
recorded plat of MARILYNWOOD. and now to be vacated.
which lies within Lot 6. Block 1. in said plat.
That notice of said hearing shall be published two (2) consecutive weeks
commencing the 1st day of August. 1989. in the Excelsior and Shorewood edition
of the SAILOR NEWSPAPERS. the legal newspaper for said City.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this 24 day of July. 1989.
