RESOLUTION NO. 63-89
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS
FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood, through a joint cooperation
agreement with Hennepin County, is a participant in the Urban Hennepin County
Community Development Block Grant program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood on July 24, 1989, executed Hennepin
County Contract No. 90735, the Year XV Subrecipient Agreement,
responsibilities for the implementation of approved community development
activities in the Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant
program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood held a public hearing on 26 June
1989, to consider public comments on a proposed amendment to the Year XV
Urban Hennepin County Statement of Projected Use of Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City of Shorewood amends the Urban Hennepin County
Statement of Projected Use of Funds for Year XV by reallocating $14,887.00
from the Rehabilitation of Private Property to Special Census.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute Amendment
No.1 to Contract 90735, to implement the subject amendment to the Year XV
Urban Hennepin County Statement of Proposed Use of Funds.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
24th day of July, 1989.
