RESOLUTION NO. 43-89
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWER TELEVISING AND REPAIRS FOR 1989
WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with
reference to the annual televising and repair of the Shorewood sanitary
sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of proceeding with said televising
and repair of the sanitary sewer system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That said report by the City Engineer is hereby received by
the City Council.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates is hereby designated as
the engineer for this work and shall immediately prepare plans and
specifications for the project for submission to the City Council.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this 22d day of May,
1989.
