RESOLUTION NO. 39-89
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION OF
A CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
The City Council of the City of Shorwood does resolve:
That on the 12th day of June 1989, at 7:45 o'clock P.~. in the Council
Chambers at the City Hall, the Council will hear all interested parties
upon the question of vacation of a drainage and utility easement in the
City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
A 10.00 foot wide drainage and utility easement
over, across and under the southwesterly 10.00
feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Tonkawood Estates,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
That notice of said hearing shall be published two (2) consecutive weeks
commencing the 15th day of May, 1989, in the Excelsior and Shorewood
edition of the SAILOR NEWSPAPERS, the legal newspaper for said City.
