RESOLUTION NO. 31-89
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH
LAURENCE E. WHITTAKER
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (City) is desirous of employing
Laurence E. Whittaker (Whittaker) as City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Whittaker is desirous of accepting such employment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the City enter into an Agreement with Laurence E.
Whittaker for the employment of Whittaker as City Administrator pursuant
to the terms and conditions of the Agreement attached hereto and made a
part hereof as Exhibit A.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the said Agreement on behalf of the Shorewood City Council.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this 10th day of
April, 1989.
