89-027 . . . .. RESOLUTION NO. 27-89 RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION AND COMBINATION OF REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, Michael S. Newberg (applicant) has an interest in four parcels of property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, applicant has applied to the City for a subdivision and combination of said parcels to form Parcels A and B, legally described and shown in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, applicant and all other parties holding an interest in said parcels have agreed to grant to the City certain drainage and utility easements legally described in Exhibit 3, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the subdivision and combination requested by applicant complies in all respects with the Shorewood City Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as follows: (1) That the two parcels of property legally described in Exhibit 1 be subdivided and combined to form Parcels A and B, legally described and shown in Exhibit 2. (2) That the City Clerk furnish applicant with a certified copy of this Resolution for recording purposes. (3) That applicant record this Resolution, together with drainage and utility easements as described in Exhibit 3 with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
