RESOLUTION NO. 21-89

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS AND UTILITIES
IN THE PLAT OF
WCL ACRES
WHEREAS, on September 22, 1986, the City entered into a
Development Agreement with Richard Larsen, for the development of the plat
known as WCL Acres; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 1 of said Development Agreement provided for
the Developer to construct and install certain enumerated improvements,
which improvements included streets and utilities; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph S.b. of said Development Agreement provided
for the Developer to prepare and file with the City an "as-built" plan
showing the installation of such improvements within the plat; and
WHEREAS ,

Paragraph 11 of said Development Agreement provided for
to be subject to a final inspection by the City
WHEREAS, Paragraph 12 of said Development Agreement provided for
the conveyance of said improvements to the City by the Developer and for
the acceptance by the City of such improvements; and

WHEREAS, the Developer has completed construction and
installation of the streets and utilities improvements in the plat of WCL
Acres, and all such improvements have been inspected by the City Engineer
and found to be in compliance with the applicable plans and
specifications; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is desirous of conveying said improvements
to the City and the City is desirous of accepting said improvements from
the Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
(1) That the City hereby agrees to accept from the Developer the
streets and utili ties improvements in the plat of WCL Acres.
