A RESOLUTION STIPULATING TO THE REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN LAND
BY DAVID H. SAXON AND TERI L. SAXON
WHEREAS, David H. Saxon and Teri L. Saxon, Applicants, have
commenced a registration proceeding in District Court, Hennepin County,
Court File No. 19522, for the purposes of registering title to certain
land in the City of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood requires an easement for drainage
and utility purposes over a portion of the land to be registered; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have agreed to provide the City of
Shorewood with such an easement over such land pursuant to the Stipulation
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the said Stipulation on behalf of the City Council.
2. That the said Stipulation be filed with the District Court as
a part of the proceedings therein.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 13th day of

STIPULATION
To Register the Title to Certain Land
For the purpose of this action, it is agreed that:
1. The City of Shorewood shall be entitled to a permanent
easement for drainage and utility purposes, over, under and across the
Northwesterly 10 feet, the Northerly 10 feet and the Southeasterly 10 feet
(as measured parallel to said Northwesterly, Northerly and Southeasterly
lines, respectively) of the following described property:
That part of the following described property lying southeasterly
of a line to be described as Line A.
That part of Lot 113, Auditor's Subdivision Number 120 lying
southwesterly of the following described line: Commencing at the
most westerly corner of said Tract F, Registered Land Survey
Number 91; thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line
thereof .180.50 feet; thence at an angle to the right of 82
degrees 10 minutes a distance of 25.00 feet to the actual point
of beginning of the line to be described; thence at an angle to
the right of 180.00 degrees to the westerly line of said Lot 113
and said line there terminating.
DESCRIPTION FOR LINE A
Commencing at the southwest corner of the above described parcel;
thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line a distance of
165.88 feet to the actual point of beginning of the Line A,
thence at an angle to the right of 79 degrees 59 minutes 21
seconds a distance of 329.84 feet to a point on the northeasterly
line of said above described property and said line there
terminating.
