RESOLUTION NO. 9-89
" A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE 1989 ClARETTE LICENSES"
WHEREAS, the City Council has received applications for the
licenses to sell cigaretees in the City of Shorewood.
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Shorewood,
does hereby grant the right to sell cigarettes under
the provisions of Chapter 302 of the City Code by
the issuance of the 1989 Cigarette Licenses to the
following applicants:
Country Kitchen
Snyder Drug
Shorewood Inter City Oil Co.
Driskill's Super Valu
American Legion Post #259
Skipperette
Shorewood Food Mart
Minnetonka Country Club
ADOPTED, by the City Council, this the 23rd day of JanuarY1 1989,
by the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, State of Minnesota.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the following cigarette licenses were
also granted by the City Council on the 13th day of February,
1989,pursuant to Chapter 302 of the City Code Book.
