RESOLUTION NO. 155-88
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOME ENERGY CHECK -UP PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood is desirous of entering into a
home energy check-up program to be conducted by Minnegasco under the
auspices of West Hennepin Human Services (WHHS) to be known as Project
Air; and
WHEREAS, the agreement, attached hereto and made a part hereof as
Exhibit A, appears to be in the proper form for execution by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City Council hereby approves the agreement between
the City of Shorewood, Minnegasco, and WHHS, providing for the program
known as Project Air.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the said agreement on behalf of the City Council.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this 12th day of
December, 1988.
