RESOLUTION 154-88
A RESOLUTION APPROVING WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
CONTRACT WITH
MUNlTECH, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has in the past contracted with Huni tech, Inc.,
for maintenance of municipal water and sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of renewing said Contract for the
period of January 1, 1989, through December 31, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the City enter into a Contract with Hunitech, Inc., for
the maintenance of the municipal water and sewer system.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said Contract on behalf of the Shorewood City Council, which
Contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 12th day of
December, 1988.
