RESOLUTION NO. 152-88 A RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION BY APPLICANT OF CONDITIONS REQUIRED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GARDEN PATCH WHEREAS, Charles Crepeau (applicant) was granted a Conditional Use Permit to operate a fresh fruit and vegetable sales outlet known as the Garden Patch at 23425 Smithtown Road by the Shorewood City Council on March 14, 1988, Resolution No. 19-88; and WHEREAS, said approval was granted pursuant to certain conditions set forth in said CUP; and WHEREAS, as of the date hereof, the sum of said conditions have yet to be performed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as follows: 1. T hat with the exception of the paving of the parking lot, all conditions required by the CUP granted to applicant on March 14, 1988, by Resolution No. 19-88 be completed and fulfilled by May 1, 1989. 2. T hat paving, curbing, and striping of the parking lot be completed by September 1, 1989. 3. T hat failure by the applicant to complete and satisfy the above conditions by the dates indicated shall result in the revocation of applicant's Conditional Use Permit described herein.
