RESOLUTION NO. 138-88
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELOCATION OF THE
UPPER LAKE MINNETONKA YACHT CLUB FROM THE
CITY OF SHOREWOOD TO THE CITY OF SPRING PARK
WHEREAS, the Upper Lake Minnetonka Yacht Club
(ULMYC) has operated a marina on Enchanted Island in the
City of Shorewood on property located in an R-1A zoning
district; and
WHEREAS, such operation has been carried on
pursu~nt to the terms and conditions of a Conditional Use
Permit duly granted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the ULMYC now desires to relocate its
marina to a site in the City of Spring Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Shorewood as follows:
. 1. That the City hereby approves the relocation
of the ULMYC marina from the City of Shorewood to the City
of Spring Park.

2. That upon completion of such relocation, the
Conditional Use Permit granted to ULMYC shall become
revoked and of no further force or effect.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this
14th day of November, 1988.
